A child called it. - DAVID
I was late to school today. I didn't finish the dishes in time. I usually run to school and get there right when class starts. But mother drove me to school today. I had to report to the administrator's office. The nurse comes into the room and pulls me into her office. She does her usual routine. She asked me what happened to my head. I told her that I had ran into the door. It was an accident. The nurse looks through her paper work. She told me that I had said that last week. She soon sent me to class.
I walk into my fifth grade English class. Everyone plugs there noses. The sub was waving her hand in front of her. She wasn't used to the smell. I have been wearing the same long sleeved shirt, old jeans, and holely shoes for the past two years.
Before I had the chance to take my spelling test I was called down to the office.
There was a police oficer and all of my teachers sitting in the lounge. The principle asked me to tell them about mother. They can not know about mother. They already know. I started crying. Please don't call mother!
The police officer walked me out of school. He was taking me to the police station. Now mother can't hurt me. He walked me into the police station and I knew that mother would be there. This place was huge. He took me into a little office and he sat in the corner. When I sat down he said "Now David I need your number."
"No please don't call mother. You don't understand! She mustn't know!"
He started to dial. I hurd the phone ring. Mother answered. The police officer told mother that I am not comming home today that I am in the custidy of Juvinial court. He hung up the phone.
"That wasn't so bad David."
We were on the highway leaving town. I sen a sign that said "The cleanest highway in the whole world."
"Your free David" Said the police officer.
